A low-level political staffer for the John McCain presidential campaign has been suspended indefinitely for sending out an electronic link to a YouTube video connecting Sen. Barack Obama to the comments of his pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

Judge allows questions about how Clinton documents are released
Conservative group Judicial Watch, which is seeking the former first lady's telephone logs, will be able to ask the National Archives about its procedures. A day earlier, 11,000 pages of Clinton s schedules were made public. A day after federal archivists released 11,000 pages of Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's schedules during her time as first lady, a federal judge today allowed a conservative group to question the National Archives about the process of dealing with requests for more documents.
Comcast Says FCC Has No Authority To Stop Traffic Shaping
This probably won't come as much of a surprise, but Comcast is now suggesting that the FCC doesn't have the authority to regulate its traffic shaping activities . This comes in response to Kevin Martin suggesting that the FCC would rule against Comcast for traffic shaping (which seemed odd enough, considering that Martin was perfectly fine with AT&T traffic shaping).
